The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and inspiring his or her team to achieve their performance metrics. Your role will involve strategizing, project management, part staff management. Your collaborative attitude and interpersonal skills will help you thrive as an Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities- Ensure the efficient and high quality production of customer parts through engineering best practices and the effective management of production associates and processes.
- Plan and implement safe, efficient, and effective manufacturing processes in to production.
- Monitor and direct corrections to production process/layout to meet or exceed production requirements, cost effectiveness and improve safety.
- Lead Lean/Six Sigma and 5S manufacturing initiatives.
- Provide technical support for mold processing and improvement.
- Improve overall performance of the technical team by measurable standards.
- Participate in and support initiatives and corrective actions related to safety.
- Assist in quoting new custom and proprietary business.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field preferred
