For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000 - $99,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Salary is determined by performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Global Supply Chain Development Program – Engineering Track is a dynamic, three‑year rotational experience designed to accelerate your career, beginning July 2026. Your first rotation will be in West Chester, OH.
You must be willing to relocate, as this is a 3‑year rotational program to different Schneider Electric locations.
This program provides recent graduates with hands‑on experience across our manufacturing, distribution center, and corporate HUB sites.

Qualifications / Ideal Candidate- Willing to relocate across the United States and interested in continued mobility
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Occupational Safety, Business/Data Analytics, or related programs
- Desire to grow your career in global supply chain manufacturing plants or distribution centers
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Internship experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or related areas
