Project Manager - Transportation Operations & Road Safety Technology

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the deployment of innovative road safety and transportation technology projects across Ohio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in highway operations, transportation systems, infrastructure, or field operations who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders to deliver projects that make a real impact.

• Coordinate the delivery of road safety and technology projects from planning through implementation.
• Work closely with contractors, vendors, public agencies, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Manage project timelines, documentation, reporting, and operational activities across multiple sites.
• Support permitting, compliance, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.
• Travel to project locations across Ohio as required and collaborate with teams on-site.

• Experience managing transportation, infrastructure, utilities, telecom, or field operations projects.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
• Background working with government agencies, public infrastructure, highways, or operational technology is highly desirable.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Experience with vendor management, reporting, compliance, or operational planning is a plus.
