Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Support new product development for manufacturing processes and gaging methods.
• Participate in PFMEA development and process risk assessment.
• Create and maintain process work instructions and training materials.
• Train employees on equipment operation and process requirements.
• Support safe and efficient equipment operation.
• Lead or participate in corrective actions and 8D problem‑solving activities.
• Support scrap reduction and continuous improvement projects.
• Review internal failures and support daily production needs.
• Attend customer meetings as required.
• Investigate new suppliers, technologies, and processes.
• Support optimization of methods, materials, machines, and manpower.
• Collaborate with peers across the Miba network, including other plants.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Manufacturing or process engineering experience preferred.
• Knowledge of PFMEA, corrective actions, and 8D methodology preferred.
• Experience with process documentation, training, and continuous improvement is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
