Position SummaryAs an Operations Engineer, you’ll be the catalyst that keeps Taylor’s distribution centers flowing smoothly. You will be responsible for maintaining daily KPI targets, driving operational projects and supporting the Unit parts with issues. Will need good communication and project management skills to coordinate working with Vendors/Unit parts on projects.
Role and ResponsibilitiesHere’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Provide day-to-day operational oversight of distribution centers
- Maintain healthy supply chain and inventory loops
- Communicate and work closely with Unit parts on issues/improvements
- Monitors, maintains and drive improvement projects
- Design and develop new metrics
- Mentor and couch junior associates
- Establish repair/clean loops with the unit part that maintain Samsung standards
- Work closely with vendors to resolve issues.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Must have BS Degree in Engineering.
- 3+ Years with experience in project management, supply chain.
- Self Directed with high initiative.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Cross-functional communication and project management.
- Position is for Taylor Site.

The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $179,090. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
