Lincotek Medical seeks a hands-on CNC engineering expert to drive CAD/CAM and CNC program management across multi-axis machining. You will lead SOP development, optimize toolpaths, and troubleshoot complex issues to improve safety, quality, delivery and productivity.
You will collaborate with production, quality, vendors, and customers on NPI projects, translate designs into feasible machining configurations, and mentor technicians and programmers to elevate capabilities and efficiency.
