This program provides hands-on experience in fabricating and characterizing wide- and ultra-wide-bandgap semiconductor devices for the Air Force Research Laboratory. Selected students will learn microelectronics fabrication processes, design and fabricate devices like FETs and diodes, and apply solid-state physics to analyze device performance.
