Optimal is seeking an experienced Future Program Execution Ergonomist to identify and resolve ergonomic issues driving injury reduction and manufacturing efficiency across North America. You will collaborate with design, manufacturing and suppliers, lead root-cause analysis, and use 3D DHM to set ergonomic parameters for new vehicle programs.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years' experience in ergonomics or industrial engineering, with CAD experience
