What you'll do
  • Assist in the development and execution of CRM campaigns tailored to our casino players, ensuring they receive personalized communication and promotions.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and behaviors, providing insights that will help shape future CRM strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for newsletters, promotional emails, and in-app notifications aimed at enhancing player retention.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of CRM initiatives, using metrics to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Support the team in managing customer feedback and inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction among our players.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for player engagement and loyalty programs.
  • Help maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring that all player information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work closely with the product team to understand new game launches and promotions, ensuring that CRM communications align with these initiatives.
  • Assist in the organization of promotional events and campaigns, both online and offline, aimed at attracting new players and retaining existing ones.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities for differentiation in our CRM approach.
  • Engage with various departments, including analytics and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer relationship management.
  • Provide administrative support to the CRM team as needed, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of projects.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • A passion for the gaming industry and an understanding of online casino operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
