ResponsibilitiesThe FCM is responsible for the achievement of specified banking center and banking center staff performance goals, ongoing achievement, profitability, deposit and loan growth, and fee income. The FCM will build, develop, and lead a team focused on providing clients with an exceptional client experience and deepening relationships through service and client service follow‑up. The FCM will drive new client acquisition, retention, and growth of client relationships, as well as growing non‑interest revenue, build strong internal partnerships, foster associate satisfaction through coaching and career development, maintain strong community alliances, and act as a mentor for onboarding new associates.
The FCM will also ensure compliance with BSA, Check
21, CIP, CRA, HMDA, RegB, RegD, RegE, RegCC, Truth in Savings, Privacy Compliance, and the Patriot Act, among other regulatory requirements.
- 2‑4 years of demonstrated leadership of coaching, management, leadership and/or mentoring in a retail environment.
- 2‑4 years of demonstrated prior success with multiple sales leadership processes and execution.
- 2‑4 years of personal experience in sales and service with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in a retail environment.
- 2‑4 years of demonstrated prior success with achievement of performance goals.
- Working knowledge of banking policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or GED required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent banking work experience preferred. - Preferred experience including varied education and experience combinations.
- Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) compliance.
- Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and Suspicious Activity Reporting.
- Deposit compliance, lending compliance, and regulatory authority requirements.
- Other relevant federal and state regulation compliance.
Pay Range: $52,000.00 - $67,000.00
