We have this Fulltime opportunity for a Finance Manager with our Direct Client in Elizabethtown, KY.

Elizabethtown, KY 42701 - Onsite Duration - 12 months + Salary Range: $170K-$180K Benefits: 401(k) (2% company contribution) and medical health insurance (employer and employee contributions based on the selected coverage plan). Mandatory Requirements

• Must be in Kentucky or willing to relocate to Kentucky.
• Must have experience working in a manufacturing organization.
• Must be a U.S. Green Card holder or U.S. citizen, but must be comfortable working with leadership and decision-makers based in India, as the company is headquartered there.

Job Purpose PRINCIPAL

ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators ( Accountabilities Indicate Your Primary Responsibilities)

Responsible for the Complete Accounts, Finance

• Ensure Timely closure of books of account as per the target set by the Corporate Office.
• Ensure finalization of trial balance, stock, A/R, A/P. fixed assets and other modules in ERP and its reconciliation with the GL within the targeted date of book closure.
• Management of the working capital allocated to the business unit including management of the payables and receivables.
• Ensuring the compliance with the Federal and State tax laws Vat, respective country Law, Income Tax Law, Law and Excise Duty law on day-to-day basis.
• Submission of required information to the Corporate Office for monthly / quarterly / annual return to the statutory authorities.
• Submission of the financial and other information to the corporate office, as per the requirement outlined by the concerned department at corporate office.
• MIS including product costing, receivable ageing summary, payable summaries etc. and other information as may be required.
• Liaison with the Internal Auditors and ensure that report of Internal Auditors is clean and /or all the issues raised by the Internal Auditors are addressed to their satisfaction.
• Liaison with the statutory auditors and ensure that statutory audit of the unit is closed within the time set by the management.
• Operation of bank accounts including ensuring the compliance with the and other regulations in respect of the export, imports and foreign

Hands on experience in Finance & Accounts, Commercial, Procurements, Audit, Statutory Compliances, Budgeting, variance analysis, profitability analysis and MIS, Govt Liasoning. Acts as a Client of the segment Delegation of Authorities (DOA) and Right Clients Right Terms (RCRT), assisting in financial matters with investment decisions: building business cases for OPEX and CAPEX commercial investments.

Administrating tax programs. Should be a subject matter expert regarding, GAAP and IFRS standards.

• Maintenance & Supervision of day-to-day financial entries.
• Monthly scrutiny of GL, TB & timely closing of monthly books of accounts.
• Customers & Vendors Reconciliation.
• Bank Reconciliation & Inter-unit Reconciliation.
• Cash Flow Statement
• Costing, Budgeting & MIS
• Responsible for complete treasury function
• Relevant Laws of Land w.r.t finance and Secretarial works.
• Import & Export and related activities.
• Insurance.
• INTERACTIONS Internal Interaction Internally, he would be required to work with Internal Auditors, Business Head & other departments. External Interactions - (Outside the Organization) External interactions would be involved with ;
  Interactions with Customers, Vendors, Industrial & Professional Bodies, relevant government authorities and Government Representatives, Statutory Auditors.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience

• CPA / CA / ICWA Qualification in Finance
• 15 plus yrs of experience of accounts function.
• Should have worked on SAP/ Oracle.
• Preferred Experience In Manufacturing Industry
• IFRS standard
