Full-Time | In-Office Compensation: $40-$50/hour DOE A growing mortgage company is seeking an experienced Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) with hands-on mortgage processing experience. The ideal candidate will have residential mortgage experience, or commercial mortgage experience with strong HELOC experience.

• Support Loan Officers throughout the mortgage process.
• Process and manage loan files from application through closing.
• Collect, review, and organize required documentation.
• Coordinate with borrowers, lenders, underwriters, and other parties.
• Track loan progress and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Handle HELOC files and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Resolve issues and keep loans moving efficiently toward closing.
• Maintain accurate files and meet deadlines.

• Mortgage processing/LOA experience required.
• Residential mortgage experience preferred.
• Candidates with commercial mortgage experience must have hands-on HELOC experience.
• Strong understanding of mortgage processing and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
