Master​/Sr Esthetician

The Master/Senior Esthetician is an advanced skincare professional responsible for delivering high‑level aesthetic treatments, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring exceptional client care. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to design customized treatment plans based on individual client needs. The Senior Esthetician upholds the highest standards of service excellence, safety, and professionalism within the Med‑Spa.

• Perform specialized services including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microneedling, LED therapy, high‑frequency treatments, and other advanced modalities permitted by state licensure.

• Conduct comprehensive skin analyses.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and recommend appropriate home‑care regimens.

• Adhere to all state board regulations, infection‑control protocols, and product‑handling procedures.
• Maintain strict cleanliness and safety standards throughout all treatment processes.

• Support, train, and guide junior estheticians.
• Model best practices and contribute to a positive, professional team environment.

• Educate clients on skincare products, ingredients, and routines.
• Meet or exceed retail sales and service‑upgrade goals.

• Build long‑term client loyalty through exceptional service, communication, and follow‑up.

• Ensure all tools, machines, and treatment rooms are clean, functional, and properly maintained.

• Accurately document treatments, client progress, contraindications, and recommendations while maintaining confidentiality.

• Current state esthetician or master esthetician license in good standing.
• 3+ years of professional esthetics experience.
• Advanced certifications (chemical peels, microneedling, laser, dermaplaning) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skin physiology, ingredients, and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.
