Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Entry-Level Esthetician to join our team. This position supports clients in achieving healthy, glowing skin through quality skincare services, exceptional customer care, and a strong commitment to sanitation and professionalism.

This role is ideal for a newly licensed Esthetician who is eager to grow their skills, expand their knowledge, and build lasting client relationships in a professional spa or med-spa environment.

• Perform Skincare Services – Provide facials, extractions, waxing, brow shaping, lash tinting, body treatments, and introductory exfoliation services within the state scope of practice.
• Conduct Skin Consultations – Assess clients’ skin types, concerns, and goals; recommend appropriate treatments; and educate clients on effective at-home skincare routines.
• Maintain Treatment Rooms – Keep treatment rooms, tools, linens, equipment, and supplies clean, sanitized, organized, and prepared according to state board and facility standards.
• Support Senior Providers – Assist with treatment room setup, product restocking, client preparation, and general day-to-day spa operations as needed.
• Product Knowledge & Retail – Develop a strong understanding of skincare products, confidently explain their benefits, and help clients select products appropriate for their individual skincare needs.
• Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience – Create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment that encourages repeat visits and long-term client relationships.
• Maintain Client Documentation – Accurately document services performed, client preferences, skincare concerns, contraindications, and other relevant treatment information.

• Current, valid Esthetician license
• Strong understanding of basic skincare principles and treatment protocols
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow sanitation, safety, and infection-control guidelines
• Professional, dependable, and reliable
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept coaching
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced spa or med-spa environment
