Human Resources Manager – Louisville, KY

Foxconn Technology Corporation (FTC) is a publicly listed company in Taiwan specializing in high-precision manufacturing and smart‑factory solutions. To expand our global footprint, we established Foxconn Technology USA Corporation (FTC USA) in Louisville, KY, where we are building a next‑generation Smart Manufacturing Center. We are now seeking a Human Resources Manager to support the rapid growth of our U.S. operations.

Job Mission

This role serves as a core Human Resources leadership position supporting the U.S. manufacturing operations. The Human Resources Manager leads day‑to‑day HR functions and partners closely with plant leadership to build compliant, scalable, and people‑centered HR systems. Through effective workforce management, policy implementation, and employee relations, this role supports rapid organizational growth while fostering a high‑performance and positive work environment.

What You Will Do
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies tailored for manufacturing roles.
  • Manage and resolve employee conflicts, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures in a timely and effective manner.
  • Partner closely with plant leadership to foster a high‑performance culture and positive work environment.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and values.
  • Maintain, monitor, and analyze HR metrics to support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Support safety and occupational health programs in collaboration with EHS teams.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution, investigations, and employee relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives in a fast‑paced, growing organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual ability in English and Chinese is a plus.
  • Play a foundational role in building HR systems and organizational culture for a newly established U.S. manufacturing site.
  • Serve as a strategic HR business partner to plant leadership with high ownership and visibility.
  • Gain hands‑on experience supporting large‑scale manufacturing growth within a global organization.
