The Oatey Intern Experience supports our growing organization by attracting talented students to develop them into future leaders. It is unique with one‑on‑one mentorship, developmental feedback and coaching, lunch series, engaging networking events and weekly forums. Oatey is seeking a Digital Marketing & AI Intern to join our 12-week Oatey Intern Experience Program this summer. This role is designed for a student pursuing a degree in Marketing who also brings technical curiosity and skill in areas like information systems, data science, or computer science. The intern will contribute to applied marketing projects that leverage artificial intelligence and digital tools to drive innovation and efficiency.

Reporting to our Director, Business Applications and Development, this intern will deliver tangible project outcomes while gaining exposure to real‑world business challenges, learning how advanced tools can transform marketing, and bringing fresh, creative thinking to Oatey’s marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to scope and execute projects aligned with business priorities.
• Explore and apply AI tools to improve marketing content, workflows, and productivity.
• Support competitive and market intelligence initiatives with data‑driven insights.
• Assist with campaign performance analysis, reporting, and optimization.
• Present findings, recommendations, and deliverables at key checkpoints during the internship.

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing (required) with either a technical minor / double major (IS, Data Science, CS) or a demonstrated technical aptitude (AI tools, analytics, coding basics).

• A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for experimenting and problem solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to learn and apply new tools quickly.
• Interest in technology and its application to marketing.

$20.00 USD Hourly
