Hands-on experience in EXL Life Pro Product work experience is mandatory. Understand the requirement and create technical design for new functionality development, upgrade, and enhancement in Life Pro Product. Actively participate in solutioning design discussion with client architects and business. Should be able to lead the team and engage with business and technology stakeholders to coordinate the project work. Have good functional knowledge on Life and Annuity products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Actively participate in solutioning design discussion with client architects and business.Lead the team and engage with business and technology stakeholders to coordinate the project work.Proficient in design and architecting using the technologies involved.Provide technical mentoring to developers.Work closely with team members in the project to address any technical functional issues.Attend release plan meetings with Customers IT and Business teams and prioritize the requirements.Analyze functional specifications and perform technical impact analysis.Prepare estimates and timelines for various activities handled by developers.Prepare technical design documents and walkthroughs with various stakeholders to receive required sign-offs.Develop and unit test the code.Perform peer review of developed code and make necessary code changes to integration touchpoints.Prepare unit test cases, test logs, peer review logs, code script checklists, and promote list as applicable.Provide defect fixing support for function testing SIT and UAT.Support for implementation and deployment of code in production environment.Monitor all alerts and report any issues that may significantly impact the business.Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot production problems; create/develop/utilize application monitoring solutions to enhance application availability and performance in production.Conduct root cause analysis as needed and propose corrective actions.Support for program management activities including regular status reporting and escalation of challenges/risks on a timely basis.Follow established processes while handling issues and for proper escalation of unresolved issues to appropriate internal/external teams.Maintain logs of all issues and ensure resolution according to defined processes.Ensure on-time delivery of all assigned tasks, incidents, requests, and problem tickets.Identify and implement batch improvements.Job Location: Primary: USWIMADC
