Job Description

Sr. Analyst, Data Visualization. The role supports delivery of a highly impactful solution that enables clients to access insights faster, improve decision‑making and drive value. Responsibilities include processing data into cloud‑based analysis tools and supporting clients in using those tools to generate analysis and build reports.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Process data into cloud‑based tools to facilitate client analysis.
  • Support client onboarding, training, and tool adoption to enhance satisfaction and usability.

Job Duties
  • Work with diverse clients across various skill levels.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure a seamless client experience from start to finish.
  • Review client questionnaires and determine the most effective data processing methods to align with research objectives.
  • Translate research objectives into actionable data processing in the online analysis and visualization tool, simplifying client report building and analysis.
  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients.
  • Develop client dashboards that highlight essential metrics for easy comprehension and sharing of results.
  • Achieve project objectives by delivering high‑quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Continuously learn and apply new techniques to optimize products and services.
The MUST Haves
  • At least four years of experience in quantitative market research surveys, focusing on data processing, analysis, and visualization.
  • Proficiency in understanding and manipulating raw survey data.
  • Ability to translate client research questions into clear data tables, charts, and dashboards.
  • Strong project management skills with a history of meeting client objectives.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, thriving in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple projects.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and adaptability.
  • Proactive in learning and applying new ideas and techniques.
The Nice to Haves
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with Forsta Visualization, Dapresy, and other survey data analysis tools such as SPSS, Q/DisplayR, Crunch.

  • Familiarity with survey programming platforms such as Decipher, Qualtrics, Ask Suzy.
  • Some knowledge of generative AI technologies, such as ChatGPT.
Pay Transparency

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000–$100,000. Final salary depends on experience, industry, skills and location. Compensation details reflect base salary only, excluding bonus, equity or benefits.
