Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support the development and enhancement of internal Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis, quality assurance, Agile, and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. This role will work closely with business users, architects, developers, project managers, and UI/UX teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an Agile Scrum Master to keep project teams on track and ensure successful sprint execution.
  • Support the development of internal Salesforce applications for business users.
  • Create wireframes and screen mock-ups to help visualize business requirements and solutions.
  • Interview stakeholders and end users to understand business processes and challenges.
  • Develop user stories and collaborate with UI/UX teams to define product features.
  • Work with Developers, Application Architects, and Data Architects to create technical specifications.
  • Facilitate product demonstrations and gather stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Lead process flow analysis and business process redesign initiatives.
  • Gather, document, analyze, and validate functional and non-functional business requirements.
  • Create business process diagrams, workflows, and project documentation.
  • Maintain requirements traceability and manage change requests.
  • Produce and update project deliverables, artifacts, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to define testing strategies and quality assurance plans.
  • Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
  • Perform Quality Assurance testing and support issue resolution activities.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solution recommendations.
  • Support application integration initiatives involving internal and external systems.

  • Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements.
  • Experience creating user stories, workflows, and business process documentation.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and project managers.
  • Experience developing and executing test cases and quality assurance activities.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience supporting application integration projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Notes
  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst is highly desired.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is highly desired.
  • Travel to Columbus, Ohio may be required as needed, including on short notice.
  • Candidates must be willing to complete fingerprinting requirements.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills are preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment is required.
