Business Analyst II – Onsite, Warren County, OH

A highly respected and growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Business Analyst I to join its team in Warren County, Ohio.

• Partner with business and operational teams to identify challenges and implement technology‑driven solutions that improve performance
• Gather and document business requirements, analyze workflows, and recommend process and system improvement
• Support ERP and business application initiatives, including implementations, upgrades, testing, deployment, and user adoption
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data‑driven insights to support operational and business decision‑making
• Create and maintain process documentation, testing plans, workflows, and system specifications
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and technical teams to successfully deliver business solutions while serving as a key liaison between business and IT

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Application Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
• 3+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, business applications, or integrated manufacturing systems within a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries and analyzing data to support business decision‑making
• 3+ years of experience leading projects, gathering requirements, coordinating testing activities, and managing stakeholder expectations
• Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can improve operational performance
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences
• Ability to work onsite in Warren County – Local candidates only

• Experience supporting ERP platforms within a manufacturing environment
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions
• Knowledge of supply chain, operations, production, or manufacturing processes
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams on enterprise system initiatives
• Familiarity with software implementation, testing, change management, and user training activities
