Talent Acquisition Search & Strategy Consulting

We’re seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Head of Sales to lead our revenue engine. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader with deep experience in custom software solutions or consulting services. You’ll be responsible for scaling our sales organization, refining our go-to-market strategy, and elevating the overall commercial maturity of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with company growth goals
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team across multiple markets
  • Build and optimize sales processes, playbooks, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and customer success
  • Drive pipeline growth through strategic partnerships, outbound efforts, and account-based selling
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and guide strategic decisions
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements
  • Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity
Required Qualifications
  • Proven success in custom software sales or consulting services (10+ years)
  • Prior experience in a senior sales leadership role (5+ years), ideally in a scaling environment
  • Must have experience in a nimble, ever-changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build and mature sales teams, processes, and infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of solution selling, enterprise sales cycles, and consultative approaches
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise clients
  • Familiarity with agile development, digital transformation, or SaaS delivery models
  • Experience closely working with product management & software development teams
