Service Now ITSM Senior Developer Locations: Cincinnati, OH / San Francisco, CA
Duration: 6 Months
We are seeking an experienced Service Now ITSM Senior Developer with strong expertise in ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Mobile App, and Virtual Agent. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Service Now custom development, integrations, workflows, catalog items, record producers, ACLs, business rules, client scripts, and Service Now platform administration.
Required Skills:
- Service Now ITSM Development & Custom Applications
- Service Now CSA Certification (Mandatory)
- JavaScript, Jelly, XML, HTML, CSS
- Service Catalog, Workflows, SLAs, Import Sets, Update Sets
- REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services & Integrations
- ACLs, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes
- Agile/Scrum, SDLC, ITIL Framework
- SQL, LDAP, Active Directory Integrations
Preferred
Certifications:
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
