What we need:
We are seeking energetic, passionate people who enjoy the outdoors and want to play a key role for the position of Infrastructure Specialist 2 within the Office of Information Technology, headquartered in Portage County. • Installs, configures, upgrades, administers & maintains software independently
• Designs, installs, troubleshoots, and maintains physical networking infrastructure
• Diagnoses, analyzes & resolves issues for customer(s) across assigned multiple technology domains
• Supports customers over the phone, remote desktop connection & in person
• Interfaces with other platforms from hardware &/or software perspective
• Travels to field offices
• The Primary Technology for this position is Endpoint Customer Support
• Starting hourly pay of $38.01/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 7.5 years of service, with an end salary of $55.80/hr.
• There may also be cost of living adjustments (COLA) applied. Longevity pay supplements begin after five (5) years of state service. For more details, refer to the OCSEA pay range schedule & longevity rates OCSEA Employees | Department of Administrative Services.
