Preferred QualificationsPosition Summary:
This role is focused on providing exceptional desktop support, maintaining IT devices within a scientific laboratory environment, and performing systems administration tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, research‑driven setting.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, network troubleshooting, systems administration, and familiarity with laboratory IT devices. Experience with Microsoft Intune is required. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
