Application Development and Support Specialist

Role Overview

The Manufacturing ERP Product Specialist is responsible for driving business value and operational excellence by evolving ERP capabilities through targeted enhancements, process improvements, and strategic initiatives. The role operates at the intersection of business process expertise, ERP product ownership, and global standardization, enabling continuous improvement and alignment with the organization’s target operating model.

Design, evaluate, and deliver ERP enhancements that improve business processes, operational efficiency, and system capabilities. Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and standardized ERP solutions. Ensure enhancements align with global ERP strategy, architecture principles, and product roadmaps.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience working with ERP systems, strong functional knowledge and configuration experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Manufacturing modules, and experience supporting global ERP transformation, template deployment, or process harmonization initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience working with ERP systems
• Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Manufacturing modules
• Experience supporting Manufacturing ERP processes including Planning, BOM Management, Routings, MRP, Work Orders/WIP, and Warehouse Management
• Proficiency with Service Now for incident management, workflows, and knowledge base management
• Experience using SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms for documentation and knowledge sharing
• Understanding of ERP convergence methodologies, global template governance, and standardization practices
