Sogeti USA is expanding its AI capabilities to help clients move beyond experimentation and into enterprise-scale AI adoption with measurable business outcomes. We are seeking an AI Practice Lead to join our national AI leadership team and help shape the future of AI-driven transformation for our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with the National AI Practice Lead to grow Sogeti’s AI business, shape client solutions, build market-relevant capabilities, and develop AI talent across the organization. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who can combine client advisory, solution leadership, business development, delivery oversight, and practice building.

The AI Practice Lead will work across areas such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI-enabled software engineering, intelligent automation, machine learning, and enterprise AI platforms to help clients rethink how work gets done.

As an AI Practice Lead, you will:

• Serve as a trusted AI advisor to client business and technology leaders.
• Help clients identify where AI can create meaningful business value across business processes, products, customer experiences, and software engineering.
• Lead AI strategy, discovery, ideation, readiness, and roadmap engagements.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear business opportunities and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with account executives and market leaders to identify, shape, and close AI opportunities.
• Support strategic pursuits, proposals, RFPs, executive presentations, and client orals.
• Develop relationships with key client stakeholders and identify opportunities to expand AI engagements.
• Bring a “show versus tell” mindset to client pursuits through prototypes, demonstrations, accelerators, and working solutions.
• Shape AI solutions across Generative AI, enterprise knowledge, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, AI-enabled software engineering, intelligent automation, machine learning, predictive AI, enterprise search, RAG, Responsible AI, and AI governance.
• Work with architects and engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with client enterprise architectures.
• Help evolve Sogeti’s national AI strategy, capabilities, offerings, and go-to-market approach.
• Develop repeatable AI offerings, accelerators, methodologies, reference architectures, and demonstrations.
• Mentor and develop AI consultants, engineers, architects, and emerging AI leaders.
• Support recruiting and help define the skills required for the next generation of AI talent.
• Represent Sogeti in client events, executive briefings, innovation sessions, and industry forums.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of consulting leadership, AI expertise, client advisory experience, and commercial growth mindset. This person should be comfortable working with both executive stakeholders and technical teams, and should be able to connect AI technology directly to business outcomes.

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, technology, software engineering, data, AI/ML, digital transformation, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, machine learning, and enterprise AI architectures.
• Experience advising clients and shaping technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting sales, solutioning, and account growth.
• Ability to connect AI technology to measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously experiment with emerging AI technologies.

• Hands‑on familiarity with major AI platforms and ecosystems such as OpenAI, Microsoft Azure AI, AWS, Google Cloud, Anthropic, and Databricks.
