As a category manager on the Corporate Procurement team, you’ll lead strategic sourcing initiatives across the organization. In this role, you’ll develop and manage supplier relationships, negotiate and oversee service-level agreements, monitor supplier performance, and implement procurement processes that support business objectives. You’ll also manage contracts to ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements. Additionally, you’ll create and execute procurement strategies that reduce costs, optimize spending, and deliver value to the business.
This is a hybrid role, which means you’ll work in-office 1 day a week.
Minimum Qualifications- A minimum of seven years of experience in contract administration and maintaining vendor relationships or related work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of four years of experience in contract administration and maintaining vendor relationships or related work experience.
- Procurement experience, specifically within the professional services category.
- Experience with vendor and contract management.
- Working knowledge of the Coupa platform.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Advanced computer skills including MS Office with demonstrated skills in Excel - including the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets - including v-look-up, tables, charts and graphing and MS Word - ability to review and redline contracts in conjunction with legal, information security and the business.
- $89,600 -$119,500/year.
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
