About the Opportunity
An established organization is seeking a logistics and operations leader to support warehousing and supply chain activities.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of leadership experience, logistics expertise, systems knowledge, and strong analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Lead and develop a team while supporting a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve supply chain efficiency and service levels
- Support transportation planning and distribution activities across multiple locations
- Oversee relationships with third-party logistics providers and transportation partners
- Monitor operational costs and implement initiatives that improve efficiency and profitability
- Drive continuous improvement projects focused on systems, workflows, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with shipping, transportation, and trade-related requirements
- Assist with strategic initiatives involving logistics technology, process optimization, and operational growth
- Provide leadership in resolving service, inventory, or transportation challenges
- Prior experience leading teams in a logistics, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and identify trends
- Experience working with ERP platforms and logistics technologies
- Knowledge of domestic and international logistics processes
- Understanding of process improvement methodologies and operational best practices
- Additional language capabilities are considered a plus
- Experience supporting logistics systems enhancements, reporting automation, or technology implementations
- Background in transportation optimization and cost reduction initiatives
- Advanced Excel and presentation skills
- Competitive base salary ranging from $67,000-$76,500 depending on experience
- Annual performance-based bonus
