Field Service Technician Stamping

• Complete all aspects of the installation:
• Follow up on any aspects outside of the normal scope of work with the proper departments to obtain customer satisfaction.
• Complete status (service) reports, expense reports every week, and technical documentation as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer relations and follow through on customer issues.
• Maintain excellent coworker and manager relations.
• Complete other required internal paperwork (Urgent Parts Requests, Parts Removal Requests, Purchase Requisition s, etc.).
• Regular travel.
• Provide feedback to the manager on any machine and customer issues that require further action.

• Demonstrate a commitment to an Injury-Free Environment by complying with all aspects of the corporate environmental, health, and safety program.

This position requires technical and working knowledge of:

• Mechanical systems
• Electrical systems
• Hydraulics
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience, in a related discipline.

• Ability to use hand tools, Volt/Ohm meter, and Oscilloscope.
• Working knowledge of computers and Windows OS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent relational skills (with customers, coworkers (senior and junior), and management).

Routine travel, with overnight and weekend stays as needed.

• Ability to work harmoniously with others.
• Ability to accept and follow instructions; able to follow the chain of command.
• Ability to support a positive, "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to work alone and without direct supervision.
• Ability to take initiative, ownership, and be initiative-taking.
