As a Senior Industrial Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a high-performing technical team to ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in optimizing production reliability through advanced troubleshooting, strategic maintenance planning, and the implementation of proactive facility improvement initiatives.

• Mentor and guide maintenance staff to foster a culture of technical excellence and high-quality equipment reliability.
• Execute complex electro-mechanical repairs and diagnostic procedures to minimize production downtime.
• Manage the lifecycle of preventative and predictive maintenance programs to ensure long-term asset health.
• Coordinate daily work schedules, prioritize critical maintenance tasks, and manage the work order backlog effectively.
• Drive safety compliance and 5S standards across the production floor to maintain a secure and organized workspace.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, PLC programming, and robotics expertise to resolve intricate equipment malfunctions.

• Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Electricity, or Advanced Manufacturing.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a complex industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in PLC programming and industrial robotics troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills using problem-solving methodologies like Six Sigma or 8D.

• Relevant trade certifications or specialized technical licenses.
• Proven leadership experience in a maintenance or technical support setting.
• Advanced knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies and data-driven reliability strategies.
