DescriptionWe are seeking a hands‑on Director of Property Services to lead and grow our maintenance services platform across existing property management partner companies
. This role focuses on building a subcontractor and vendor network across our service area, including Central PA
, coordinating work order execution, and driving sales growth through regular engagement with property managers.
This position requires strong field presence, relationship management, and accountability for service quality and revenue growth. This role will require travel within the state of Pennsylvania.
$75K-$90K based on bonus incentives.
Responsibilities- Build, onboard, and manage a reliable subcontractor and vendor network across our service area, including Central PA
- Coordinate daily work order execution from scheduling through completion and invoicing
- Manage vendor performance, pricing, quality, and documentation standards
- Regularly meet with and call on property managers to review work and identify new opportunities
- Drive increased maintenance, recurring services, and project sales within existing partner portfolios
- Conduct property walks, job site inspections, and field audits
- Support estimating, scoping, and proposal coordination
- Reinforce workflows, service standards, and system usage with technicians and vendors
- Background in maintenance, facilities, construction, or property services
- Experience in HOA / Condominium Association management or association‑served portfolios preferred but not required
- Proven experience building and managing subcontractor/vendor networks
- Comfortable working in the field and on job sites
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a 2-hour radius
$75,000 - $90,000 yearly
