• Providemotivationandcelebratetheachievementsofyourteamalongtheway.

• Master'sDegreein Business Administration ,Healthcare Administration,orarelatedhealthcare field (preferred).
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with work experience equivalent to a Master's degree, as demonstratedbyresponsibilitiessuchasoverseeinghospitaloperations,budget development, analysis and oversight, marketing for volume growth and program development, FTE management, expense control, policy and procedure development and implementation, and process development to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Fiveyearsofmanagementexperienceinthehealthcareindustry,withaminimumof2-3yearsin a Senior Management position.
• Mayberequiredtoworkweekdaysand/or weekends,evenings and/ornightshifts.
• Mayberequiredtoworkonreligiousand/orlegalholidaysonscheduleddays/shifts.
