We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in quality assurance and regulatory compliance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations for electric motor production. This position requires a proactive problem-solver with deep technical expertise and a commitment to operational excellence.

• Process Optimization:
  Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes for electric motor production, focusing on scalability, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
• Quality Assurance:
  Lead quality control initiatives, investigations and studies to ensure products meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure all manufacturing processes and products comply with relevant standards, including ISO 9001, UL, CE, and other applicable U.S. and international regulations.
• Root Cause Analysis:
  Investigate and resolve production issues using advanced problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA) to minimize defects and improve yield.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  Maintain detailed documentation for manufacturing processes, quality inspections, and regulatory audits. Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes into manufacturing operations.
• Equipment and Tooling:
  Specify, select, and validate manufacturing equipment, tools, and automation systems to support high-volume production while maintaining quality standards.
• Training and Mentorship:
  Provide technical guidance and training to production staff and junior engineers to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Supplier Quality Management:
  Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw materials and components meet stringent quality and regulatory requirements.
