What You'll Do

Come join us in our climate controlled facility! We are currently recruiting for Production Team Members for our Assembly and Sewing Departments.

• Ball Turner (Assembly) – Starting rate $21.32; upon successful completion of ninety (90) day probationary period – $23.45
• Cutter (Assembly) – Starting rate $18.14; upon successful completion of ninety (90) day probationary period – $18.67
• Utility Operator B (Assembly) – Starting rate $18.14; upon successful completion of ninety (90) day probationary period – $18.67
• Ball Molder (Assembly) – Starting rate $17.61
• Bladder/Lacer (Assembly) – Starting rate $20.26; upon successful completion of ninety (90) day probationary period – $22.38
• Puritan Operator (Sewing) – Starting rate $22.38; upon successful completion of ninety (90) day probationary period – $24.51
• Utility Operator A (Sewing) – Starting rate $18.67; upon successful completion of ninety (90) day probationary period – $19.20

1st shift operation – Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Friday 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM, overtime as needed.

• Vacation upon successful completion of ninety (90) day probationary period
• 40 hours upon successful completion of ninety (90) day probationary period and additional 40 hours after one (1) year of service and 1200 hours worked
