Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates to join our Production Team as an Assembler on Afternoon Shift, in our Marion, Ohio manufacturing facility.

These are full‑time positions with no temporary agencies involved. As an associate, you will need to be able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.

• Starting wage: $20.25 per hour + shift premium; can progress up to $25.70+ per hour
• Paid Time Off (PTO) up to 120 hours in the first year (prorated on start date)
• Benefits on day one (medical, dental, vision)
• Must have ability to work 2nd shift

• Continuously stand or walk up to 12 hours per day
• Ability to reach (over shoulder), twist/turn, push/pull, bend, squat, and lift up to 35 lbs frequently
• Work on a moving/conveyor style production line or stabilized workstation
• Assemble and install parts by hand or using tools/equipment
• Crating and packaging of materials, parts, products, etc.

• 1 year of consistent work history
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check
• Motivated to work as a team player who takes ownership of their work in a safety‑minded environment
• Must provide a resume

• 3 months of manufacturing or distribution experience (consecutive)
• Associate’s degree
