Job Description Job Opportunity: 2nd Shift Worker (Temp-to-Hire)

Shift: 2nd shift
Pay Rate: $16 plus $1.00 diff pay
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
We are seeking an energetic and reliable individual to join our team in the packing department. This position is perfect for someone who is looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential to be hired permanently based on performance.
Key Responsibilities- Remove products from machines
- Stack and package finished products
- Perform paperwork and quality control tasks
- Stand for the entire shift
- Lift up to 70 lbs but not frequent - lifting devices & two people lifting.
- Bend and move frequently
- Must be reliable and flexible
- Ability to work full-time
- Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting and bending
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Temp-to-hire position with potential for permanent employment
