Shift: 6AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday

We're looking for dependable Production Workers who enjoy hands-on work, have a good eye for detail, and want a steady weekday schedule. If you like working and take pride in producing a quality product, this could be a great fit.

• Load sandpaper and abrasive materials into machines, making sure everything is lined up correctly
• Monitor production to ensure consistent quality
• Carefully align and join sandpaper ends to form looped belts (attention to detail is key)
• Stack and nest groups of paper according to specifications
• Cut sandpaper into smaller strips and belts using a foot-pedal press
• Measure and verify cuts using a ruler (basic math skills required)
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety rules and production guidelines

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
• Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Manufacturing experience

• $20.00 per hour
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Eligible for a full benefits package after a 90-day evaluation period
