. No manufacturing experience? No problem! We provide training and are looking for dependable team members who are ready to start a new opportunity.

New Pay Rates:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $17.50/hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $18.50/hour
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM | $18.50/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Load and unload saw blades on production equipment
• Hang saw blades before the painting process
• Remove finished products from the lineli>
  
  Perform quality inspections
• Follow safety and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Dependable and reliable team members
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly
• Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Strong focus on safety and quality
