Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise daily production activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production lines
  • Lead and support production and packaging team members during daily operations and ensure effective allocation of tasks
  • Ensure the execution of the production plan according to established schedules, quality standards, and production targets
  • Monitor production processes and promptly address operational issues or deviations
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal quality requirements
  • Ensure that all production documentation and records are accurately completed and maintained
  • Monitor production performance and contribute to the achievement of operational KPIs, including productivity, quality, and efficiency
  • Support the training, onboarding, and continuous development of production personnel
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, or another relevant technical/scientific field
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, chemical, or other regulated industry
  • Previous experience in a supervisory, Team Leader, Shift Leader, or similar role will be considered a strong asset
  • Knowledge of GMP principles and regulated manufacturing processes is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
