Palmer-Donavin in Etna, OH is seeking a Production Associate to read work orders, identify door specifications, and prepare materials for production. You will fabricate and assemble fiberglass, aluminum, and wood products while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.
The role runs Monday–Friday 6:30am–3pm with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $21.50 per hour, plus company bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching and PTO.
