Position: Great Lakes Regional Field Manager

Turning Point Action is a 501(c)(4) organization founded in 2019 by Charlie Kirk. The organization’s mission is to embolden the conservative base through grassroots activism and provide voters with the necessary resources to elect true conservative leaders. Turning Point Action has emerged as the country’s leading grassroots organization, giving individuals the opportunity and platform to run for office at the local level, providing voters with critical information surrounding their district’s candidates and elections, allowing them unparalleled access to some of the most impactful figures in the movement.

Job Description: Turning Point Action is seeking a highly skilled, natural born leader and motivated individual to manage TPAction’s innovative and Midwest field staff personnel. Day-to-day responsibilities include daily communication, training and managing field representatives. The Great Lakes Manager has attainable and incentivized goals and works in tandem with the Enterprise Director in order to make sure that the staff is happy, successful and well taken care of.

MINIMUM

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1 year grassroots campaign work, office or relevant experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity and proficiency with Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
  • Knowledge and demonstrated competence of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
  • Unmatched passion for conservative politics
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic, self-directed work environment
  • Strong work ethic and goal oriented
  • Self starter and self motivated
  • Punctual and very responsive
  • Ethical and responsible behavior
  • Innovative nature & desire to try new things
  • Experience in grassroots organizing
  • Executive leadership experience
  • Managers are required to have a valid driver license, a reliable mode of transportation, and proof of insurance when applicable. Managers are required to pass a background check.
