FCC Etown is seeking a full-time Children’s Minister to join our ministry team. The Children’s Minister will provide leadership, vision, and oversight for a thriving children’s ministry that helps young people become lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ. This person will create environments, relationships, and opportunities that encourage kids to grow in their faith, develop meaningful connections, and actively live out the Gospel.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for kids and a deep love for Jesus and His Church. The ideal candidate will be an engaging leader, a strong communicator, and a gifted organizer who can effectively balance relational ministry with administrative responsibilities. Most importantly, we hope to find someone who is spiritually mature, humble, self-motivated, dependable, and excited to serve as a collaborative member of a healthy ministry team.
