Registered Nurse; RN - ICU

Fulltime nights 7pm-7am

Mayfield, Ky

This position is sign‑on bonus eligible.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Jackson Purchase Medical Center, you will provide critical care to patients in our 8‑bed Intensive Care Unit.

The ICU fosters teamwork and effective communication to deliver specialized care to critically ill patients.

• Accurately assess patients and identify their needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care tailored to patient condition and age.
• Document medical necessity promptly in the medical record.
• Complete and revise each patient’s Interdisciplinary Care Plan.
• Conduct timely and accurate QI assessments.

• RN license required.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.
• Handle With Care (HWC) certification required within six months of hire.
