Job Description Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity – Butler and Preble Counties

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Butler and Preble counties. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to our occupational health services.

Key Details
  • Salary Range: 62,500 – 79,700
  • Mileage reimbursement for travel from Richmond IN facility to Cincinnati facility; a company vehicle is also a possibility
  • Schedule:

    Monday‑Friday, 8 am–5 pm
  • Location:

    Office inside an industrial environment
  • License Requirement:
    Unencumbered RN license (IN and OH practice, compact license accepted)
Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and safeguard confidentiality of medical records.
  • Manage short‑ and long‑term disability and workers’ compensation cases.
  • Perform employee health examinations and screenings.
  • Provide on‑site evaluation and treatment of minor non‑occupational medical conditions, primarily using first‑aid measures.
  • Submit designated weekly reports, special status reports, and medical records to the Corporate Medical Manager or their assistant upon request.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of occupational health experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to pass a 7‑year criminal background check and 10‑panel drug screen.
  • Comfort working in an industrial environment.
Compensation and Benefits
  • 15% annual bonus opportunity through variable compensation program.
  • 401(k) with 4% employer contribution (regardless of employee contribution) and 100% match on first 4%.

  • 3‑week vacation for new hires (depending on start date), with an additional week for every 5 years of employment.
