Signature HealthCARE of Elizabethtown is a 112‑bed facility offering short‑term rehabilitative care as well as long‑term care. Its mission is to revolutionize the industry through resident‑centered services, personalized spirituality, and quality of life initiatives.

We are hiring a licensed LPN for weekend shifts. The role requires 12‑hour shifts both Saturday and Sunday, with availability for one additional weekday shift. Day and night shifts may be scheduled. The position offers enhanced hourly rates for weekend work and other benefits.

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining the highest standard of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.

• Active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

USD $25.50 – $29.50 per hour.
