Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Rehabilitation – West HospitalShift: 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekends: Required
Sign‑on bonus: Up to $10,000 for experienced RN
Job SummaryThe Inpatient Rehab RN is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients by:
- Utilizing strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status
- Implementing clinical nursing interventions
- Having a highly diverse medical skill set
- Developing and performing patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes
- Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Collect vital signs, administer IV medications, understand charting, and assess patient condition
- Assess, stage, photograph, and measure wounds accurately and in accordance with policy
- Evaluate, update, and revise the plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes
- Administer medications safely consistent with the state of practice and the organization’s policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- Graduate of an accredited associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
- 1 year of clinical patient care experience in an acute care setting, long‑term care facility, or physician practice (preferred, not required)
- 1 year of experience in an acute rehabilitation facility (preferred, not required)
- EPIC Electronic Health Record training (preferred, not required)
