Registered Nurse; RN - Weekend Option - Inpatient Rehabilitation - West Hospital

Shift: 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekends: Required

Sign‑on bonus: Up to $10,000 for experienced RN

The Inpatient Rehab RN is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients by:

• Utilizing strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status
• Implementing clinical nursing interventions
• Having a highly diverse medical skill set
• Developing and performing patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes
• Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Collect vital signs, administer IV medications, understand charting, and assess patient condition
• Assess, stage, photograph, and measure wounds accurately and in accordance with policy
• Evaluate, update, and revise the plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes
• Administer medications safely consistent with the state of practice and the organization’s policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• Graduate of an accredited associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association

• 1 year of clinical patient care experience in an acute care setting, long‑term care facility, or physician practice (preferred, not required)
• 1 year of experience in an acute rehabilitation facility (preferred, not required)

• EPIC Electronic Health Record training (preferred, not required)
