• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Conduct patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge.
• Provide care appropriate to the condition of the patient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Full-time, 11:00p.m. – 7:00a.m., every other weekend

• Registered Nurse with current MS licensure.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.

• 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio with a dedicated nursing assistant/rehabilitation technician.
• 8-hour shifts.
