RN Oncology Clinic Nurse

Job Summary

Mon - Fri 8:00–4:30 a.m. Full‑time, exempt RN Oncology Clinic Nurse position in the Oncology clinic.

• Support the Medical Oncologist in the Oncology clinic.
• Assist with patient preparation, clinic visits, orders, follow‑up, education, documentation, coordination of care, data collection, procedures, and any other duties that lead to efficiency within the Oncology Clinic.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ADN) degree from an accredited institution with 10+ years of Oncology experience may be considered in lieu of a BSN.
• Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred on hire and required within 90 days of hire.
• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy card required within 90 days of hire.
• Oncology Certified Nurse certification required within 2 years of hire.

• Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Outpatient Medical Oncology.
