Nursing Assistant II - Float Pool Full-Time (7p - 7a)

• Obtain and record height and weight on admission.
• Turn and position patients every 2 hours, ensuring proper body mechanics.
• Assist and promote activity, ambulation, chair transfer, and other ordered tasks.
• Assist patients with personal hygiene: showering, bathing, shaving, shampooing, perianal care, catheter care, and oral care.
• Takes and records vital signs accurately within the established time frame.
• Perform hourly rounds to ensure patient safety and promote customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Certified Nurse Aid certification required upon hire.
• One year of relevant job-related experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
