Registered Nurse Weekend Program – Dialysis
Full‑time shift 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., 25% weekend differential, rotating call schedule. $6,000 sign‑on bonus for external candidates.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge.
- Review and document care provided, outcomes of care, and evaluations of care.
- Prioritize care based on changing assessment and needs of patients.
- Maintain ongoing communication with physicians and other hospital departments.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ADN) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
- Must obtain Crisis Prevention certification within 6 months of hire.
- Relevant specialty clinical experience preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
